Strawberry Crumb Bars with Meyer Lemon Glaze
Ever since I made these blueberry crumb bars, I’ve been a bit obsessed with making bars. They’re such easy desserts to whip up, and perfectly portable for any occasion. Just throw them in a pretty box with some wrinkled up parchment paper and you’re set!
At long last, we are really really thrilled to share with you our new COCOA LATTE GOAT MILK CARAMEL.
The caramel features the most delicious white chocolate we could find from the extremely cool folks at Askinosie Chocolate. We found some Askinosie Chocolate in our local cheese shop long before we were making confections of our own and were so excited by the way they trace their chocolate for the customer to learn more about the story behind each bar. They have long been an inspiration so when we found out they also made their white chocolate with goats milk - we knew we had to get our hands on it!
In addition, just as the caramel is about to finish cooking, we pour in a few shots of organic fair trade espresso from Brattleboro’s local roaster: Mocha Joe’s to give the caramel that perfect perfume of a fresh brewed cup. We are not going to lie, this caramel is irresistible.
